THE HUMAN(ITIES) OF GREEN BAY project is an academic and pedagogical initiative, led by Humanities faculty and students, seeking to give voice to the lives and stories of the members of the Green Bay community in an effort to ultimately create an exhaustive catalogue of the city's ethno-cultural and linguistic diversity.

The first series of stories captures oral histories about the lives and experiences of members of the Hispanic community in Green Bay. This first collection has been compiled by Spanish students, both majors and minors, in "SPANISH 465: Language & Society" at UWGB.

Our second series of stories showcases the diverse migrant and minority communities living in the Green Bay area. This second collection has been compiled by Humanities and education students in "HUM STUD 320: Language & Identity" course at UW-Green Bay.
